Hi, my name’s Deanne but online I go by the name Jet! You may address me by either name!
I am a 26 year old freelancing artist, who is also an ESFJ, Virgo Hufflepuff that loves Young Justice, Pokemon, Warrior Cats, Steven Universe, and animals! I’m hoping to become a veterinarian doctor in the near future! I’m generally a really sweet person, so don’t be afraid to approach me if you wanna tell me about something I might need to know or just wanna chat!

Terms of Service

Please read this section if you’re thinking of ordering a commission from me! This is just to clear up any questions you might have initially before you ask! If anything comes off as unclear or aggressive in my guidelines, I apologize and I will make sure to answer whatever concerns or inquiries you still might have for me!

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMS.Payments MUST ABSOLUTELY ** be made UPFRONT in FULL. I’ve been scammed out of payment before so I would feel much more safe with payments sent upfront.
Prices may fluctuate depending on circumstances.
I NEED A CLEAR DIGITAL REFERENCE OF YOUR CHARACTER.
I cannot and will not work with a traditional/paper reference sheet.
Please be patient with me! I have a crazy schedule, but I assure you I will not take more than 3 months to finish any piece.ANY commission can/will be completed within at least a month, unless stated otherwise.__What I Like:__
Respectful/patient and understanding customers, payment before I start commissions, politeness.__What I Dislike:__
Disrespectful/impatient and rude customers, rushing orders, complaining, art theft, character theft!If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have EVERY right to decline your commission.__II. PAYMENT__All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD via PayPal. I also accept Deviantart Points, but I personally prefer PayPal due to how hard I work on my artwork! Points don’t pay bills, y’know. :’)
I will send my Paypal Link AFTER approving commission order requests.
The Deviantart points shall only be paid through the commission widget unless stated otherwise.__III. PROCESS__Work In Progress screenshots will ALWAYS be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, personal or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.__IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION__I will do EVERYTHING I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.__V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY__I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Commissioners thereby grant consent to me for usage of the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or on any internet site.
Display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioners themselves are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless initially agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.__The following is considered Copyright infringement:__Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.__VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY__I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the completed art piece is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me [in other words, if you demand I give you your money back AFTER I have successfully completed and sent you your commission order], your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Jet-the-Glaceon92, ever again. (In other words, you will be blacklisted.**)
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Please Note:My Chibi Fullbody Prices depend on the complexity of the character you wish for me to draw! Generally, I struggle with certain traits like fins, scales, dragon wings, some horns, etc! Claws are also not my strong suit but I will do my very best!
As long as your character or whatever you’re wanting me to draw is not reptilian, amphibious, or an insect, then we should be good! If you’re unsure of your character’s complexity, send them to me and I’ll evaluate their design to see if anything would throw me off! If not, then I’ll give you the ‘okay’ and we can work from there!
